Program terms
- The referred person must mention the resident’s name and apartment number at their first contact.
- The benefit requires a signed lease of 12 months or longer. It does not apply if the client cancels the process.
- The discount applies only to the first month after the lease is signed.
- You must claim the benefit during the referred person’s move-in month; it cannot be claimed later.

- Not available to real estate portals or brokers. Confirm the amount and validity with our team.
